Based on the close economic and trade cooperation between China and South and Southeast Asian countries, as well as the foundation of regional spatial connectivity, and to promote high-level opening-up, jointly build a digital information corridor, and establish an open and win-win new pattern of international cooperation, the 2025 South and Southeast Asia Digital Cooperation Conference and Industry and Trade Supply and Demand Matching Event was grandly held in Bangkok, Thailand, on the morning of August 28.
本次大会由云南省工业和信息化厅、泰国数字经济促进局联合举办，得到联合国国际贸易中心、亚太电信组织等国际机构支持，来自中国、泰国、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、尼泊尔、斯里兰卡、马尔代夫、越南、老挝、缅甸、马来西亚、新加坡等南亚东南亚国家政府部门以及国际组织、科研院所、高校专家、企业高管代表约600人，共同开启新起点高水平区域数字合作新篇章。
The conference was jointly organized by the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and Thailand's Digital Economy Promotion Agency, with support from international institutions such as the International Trade Centre and the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity. Approximately 600 participants attended, including government representatives from South and Southeast Asian countries such as China, Thailand, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, and Singapore, as well as experts from international organizations, research institutes, universities, and corporate executives. Together, they embarked on a new chapter of high-level regional digital cooperation from a new starting point.

The conference, themed "Promoting Regional Digital Cooperation and Supporting the Construction of Digital Nations," was addressed by distinguished guests including Liu Yong, Vice Governor of the People's Government of Yunnan Province, People's Republic of China; Dr. Piyanuch Wuttisorn, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society of the Kingdom of Thailand; Zhang Jianwei, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Thailand; Wang Yanqing, Director General of the Department of Information Technology Development of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China; Liu Ziping, Deputy Secretary General of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT); and Viboon Supakarapongkul, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Trade of Thailand.

Distinguished representatives from international organizations, governmental digital departments, industry associations, and enterprises delivered prospect statements on cooperation, including: Mohammad Saeed, Senior Expert with the International Trade Centre (ITC); AUNG KYAW TUN, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar; Asif Khalid Sheikh, Director of Policy and Regulations, Pakistan; Dr. Md Taibur Rahman, Director of the Information and Communications Division of the National Cyber Security Agency of Bangladesh; Preesan Rakwatin, Executive Vice President of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency of the Kingdom of Thailand; Lu Xiaolong, Chairman of Yunnan Provincial Investment Holdings Group Co., Ltd.; Dong Chunguang, General Manager of China Telecom (Thailand) Company Limited; and Dai Wei, Deputy Secretary General of the Internet Society of China and member of the Expert Guidance Group for South and Southeast Asia Digital Cooperation. They profoundly elaborated on the significant importance, major opportunities, and shared vision for advancing regional digital collaboration, while also expressing a strong desire for deeper cooperation along with concrete suggestions and actionable plans.
二、合作机制共创与平台建设
大会重点推介了南亚东南亚国际数字港、数字出海基地及出海综合服务平台等重大项目，推动加速构建跨境大通道、大合作格局，并推动各国共建信息大通道联络员机制，为深化区域合作提供机制保障。
为响应好、落实好各国数字合作需求，推进共识转化为实际行动，在与会代表的共同见证下，“共建国际数字港合作网络”和“青年数字成长计划”正式启动，“南亚东南亚数字出海综合服务平台”上线运行。国联股份副总裁、肥多多CEO尹海凤受邀参与“共建国际数字港合作网络”启动仪式，标志着肥多多正式融入区域数字合作新机制，为未来深度参与跨境数字经济建设奠定基础。
II. Joint Creation of Cooperation Mechanisms and Platform Development
The conference highlighted major initiatives such as the South and Southeast Asia International Digital Port, the Digital Globalization Base, and the comprehensive service platform for global expansion. These projects aim to accelerate the establishment of cross-border corridors and a broader framework for cooperation, while promoting the joint development of an information corridor liaison mechanism among participating countries to provide institutional support for deepening regional collaboration.
In response to and in implementation of the digital cooperation needs of various countries, and to translate consensus into concrete actions, the "Jointly Building the International Digital Port Cooperation Network" and the "Youth Digital Growth Plan" were officially launched, while the "South and Southeast Asia Digital Globalization Comprehensive Service Platform" commenced operation, all witnessed by the attending representatives. Yin Haifeng, Vice President of IBI and CEO of Feidoodoo, was invited to participate in the launching ceremony for the "Jointly Building the International Digital Port Cooperation Network," marking Feidoodoo's formal integration into the new regional digital cooperation mechanism and laying the foundation for its future in-depth participation in cross-border digital economy initiatives.

在“数字农业合作对接活动”中，肥多多副总裁、印尼运营中心总经理刘志远于“数字合作展望”环节发表题为《全球农资产业平台构建出海新格局》的主题演讲。他指出，南亚东南亚地区农业在国民经济中占据重要地位，当前正处于数字化转型的关键阶段，对优质农资及现代化农业服务存在巨大需求。肥多多依托国联股份雄厚的技术积淀与平台运营经验，以“平台、科技、数据”为核心战略，致力于打造覆盖化肥、农药、种子、农机等全品类的全球农资产业互联网平台。他强调，肥多多不仅着眼于贸易环节的数字化，更注重构建从生产端到服务端的全链条赋能体系。通过整合供应链资源、优化国际物流链路、提供农业数字化解决方案，肥多多持续推动中国农资品牌、技术和服务走向国际。

III. Deepening Exchanges in Thematic Areas
At the "Digital Agriculture Cooperation and Matchmaking Event," Liu Zhiyuan, Vice President of Feidoodoo and General Manager of its Indonesia Operations Center, delivered a keynote speech titled "Building a New Pattern for Global Agricultural Inputs Industry Expansion" during the "Digital Cooperation Outlook" session. He pointed out that agriculture plays a vital role in the national economies of South and Southeast Asia, and the region is currently at a critical stage of digital transformation, with enormous demand for high-quality agricultural inputs and modern farming services. Leveraging IBI's strong technological foundation and platform operation experience, Feidoodoo adopts a core strategy centered on "Platform, Technology, and Data," committed to building a global agricultural inputs industrial internet platform covering fertilizers, pesticides, seeds, agricultural machinery, and other full categories. He emphasized that Feidoodoo focuses not only on digitizing trade processes but also on establishing an end-to-end enabling system from production to services. By integrating supply chain resources, optimizing international logistics networks, and providing digital agricultural solutions, Feidoodoo continues to promote the global expansion of Chinese agricultural inputs brands, technologies, and services.
He stated that Feidoodoo will further deepen collaboration with international partners to jointly explore new models and pathways for digital agriculture. Guided by the principles of openness, synergy, and innovation, the company will actively participate in building a global digital agriculture ecosystem and contribute Chinese wisdom and platform capabilities to the high-quality development of world agriculture.

At the closing stage of the event, witnessed by all attending representatives, the Joint Agricultural Technology Innovation Center was officially launched. The establishment of this center embodies the consensus and collective strength of all parties involved. It will serve as a crucial platform for promoting collaborative innovation in agricultural technology and accelerating the application of transformative achievements, thereby driving agricultural modernization in South and Southeast Asia and beyond to new heights.
